Across five floors, we offer modern and comfortable accommodation exclusively for students of University of St. Gallen. Our designer flats combine privacy with a welcoming community atmosphere and are perfectly suited to student life in St. Gallen.

Each room is fully furnished and move-in ready, including a bed, desk, storage space, and a private washbasin in the room. This provides extra comfort and convenience while avoiding long waits during busy mornings.

In addition, every student has their own personal refrigerator. The kitchen, shower, and toilet facilities are shared and fully equipped.

Furniture is included in the rent. Heating and hot water are also included, offering a simple and transparent living arrangement.

The only things you need to bring are your personal belongings, such as a duvet, pillow, cutlery, cooking utensils, and your everyday essentials – everything else is already provided.
